    Refund Policy

    The full cancellation, credit and refund terms that apply to your enrolment are set out in the BatteryMBA Terms & Conditions accepted at enrolment. This page summarises those terms and your statutory rights; where it differs from the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions apply.

    BatteryMBA is a live, cohort-based training programme with a limited number of seats per cohort. Because we reserve your place the moment you enrol, our refund terms reflect both your statutory consumer rights and the operational reality of a live programme.

    14-day cooling-off period

    You may request a full refund within 14 days of your enrolment date, provided that all of the following are true at the time of your request:

    • Your cohort has not yet started;
    • You have not attended any live session, workshop, or office hour; and
    • You have not accessed cohort materials, recordings, or the learning portal.

    Whichever of these happens first ends the cooling-off window, even if fewer than 14 days have passed since your enrolment.

    Once the cohort has started

    Once your cohort has started, or once you have accessed cohort materials or attended a live session, the programme is considered substantially delivered and we are unable to offer refunds. Cohort seats are reserved and instruction is delivered live, so we cannot resell or recover the cost of your place.

    Statutory rights (EU/UK)

    If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made online. By accessing cohort materials, attending a live session, or allowing your cohort to start within the 14-day window, you expressly request that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the portion of the service that has been performed. Nothing in this policy limits your non-waivable statutory rights.

    Transfers (goodwill)

    If exceptional personal circumstances prevent you from completing your cohort, you may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort. Transfers are granted at our discretion, subject to availability, and must be requested before more than 50% of your cohort has elapsed.

    How to request a refund

    Our payment provider, Dodo Payments, is the Merchant of Record for all BatteryMBA purchases. To request a refund under this policy, email info@battery.mba with the receipt you received from Dodo Payments and a short note explaining your request. We will review and, where eligible, instruct Dodo Payments to process the refund to your original payment method.

    Disputes and chargebacks

    If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us first at info@battery.mba; we resolve nearly all issues directly and far faster than a chargeback process.

    Severability

    If any provision of this Refund Policy is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
